The basic LOVEFiLM package starts at just £5.99 per month. This is the “Light Use” package, and allows you to rent 3 discs a month, one at a time. You also get 2 hours of online streaming with the LOVEFiLM player which offers free movies online without downloading, allowing you to watch a film on your computer, internet TV, or via a Playstation 3. The next stage is the “Occasional Treat” package, which ups the ante to 4 discs a month, 2 at a time, and 4 hours of streaming for £8.16 monthly. You can add game rental to this package for an extra couple of quid, at £10.20.
The next few packages are designed for more intense film and game fans. The “Film Lovers” package is not available with games – it is designed particularly for those who love movies. You get unlimited streaming and unlimited rentals – £9.99 for 2 discs at a time, £13.27 for 3. The “Film & Games” package gives you unlimited streaming, films, and games for £11.22, with 2 discs at a time. Finally, the “Ultimate” package gives you unlimited everything, with 3 discs at a time for just £14.99.
